I live in a mobile home with shingle roof and wood siding. During the summer I have rediculus TXU elctric bills of $400 or more just to cool the house. I have covered the windows with clear plastic thinking it may help; will see when summer gets here. The out side is a dull blue in color. Would painting the house white help any to kill the sun? Since I don't have an attic I can't use more insulation. Help, help, help!!!!! No ceiling fans in house either. Probably just should sell and buy real house.
